A solar roof. Toyota first thought of this for the Prius. It powers some of the electrical. It will be great when someday when your car will run on Solar Power Alone!

:o) - agree with the wifes shoes comment Max, still don’t understand why they need them all. Most just come home without seeing a pair of feet. A friend with a 944 Turbo seems to almost live in his to be honest. The boot is surprisingly big.

The front engine Porsches really are the most practical sports cars they ever built. True sports car performance that really can be used every day. Can you think of any other Porsche coupe where you can fit a couple of cases into the boot, some golf clubs and all of the wifes’ shoes for a weekend away?

I loved the Silverstone experience and would recommend it to all Porsche lovers. The facility is first class and the instructors provided good feeback on my limited track driving ability. We also got the opportunity to drive the Silverstone international track configuration for 60 minutes. I drove the GT3 and it was pretty much a 3 and 4 gear lap. I did managed 135mph down hanger straight! Loved it.

:o) I know what you mean. I just can't imagine living with a GT2. I love the thought of it, but in reality I would end up in a field very very quickly. The GT3 is pretty hardcore in it's own right and someone with my driving capability would just stuff it. If I had one I would leave it in the garage if there was any of the following:

rain
ice
snow
mud

Recently drove the GT2 and GT3 at the Porsche Driving Experience at Silverstone. The GT2 scared the life out of me. Where as the GT3 performed at a level that I could enjoy and have some level of control. No doubt about it, the GT2 is a real man’s machine.
